1. How much are you paying in slip fees? Where? Can I keep Sea Turtle there? - Right now we are paying about $305 a month for slip fees at the Ballena Isle Marina. You would have to make arrangements with the Harbormaster to continue this arrangement, but I don't expect any problems doing so.
  2. Can you give me some history on who built this boat? - Check out this page.
  3. Do you have a current Survey? What condition is the ? - We have been sailing the Sea Turtle several times a month for just over a year. The engine starts promptly, and we just replaced the Main Sail. I also replaced and upgraded the power distribution panel, and most 110VAC wiring. I do not have a current survey. The bottom was cleaned and zincs replaced recently, the diver said the bottom looked good. I would recommend you do your own inspection or survey before purchasing ANY boat. But to summarize, I know of no major problems with the Sea Turtle. Receipts are available for most of the new rigging, jacklines, electronics. The owner before me has documents showing upgrades valued at more than I'm asking for total.
  4. What kind of keel does she have? - Although the CM-32 was made to be trailerable, I do not have a trailer. The keel is bolted on, the bolts are clean, and I've never seen even a tablespoon of water in the bilge. I believe she drafts about 3 1/2 ft.
  5. Is she registered? - Sea Turtle has current CA registration until the end of 2009, and is insured by Progressive Ins.
